The Virgin Gold Mining Corporation Board of Directors hereby provides 30 days’ notice to all shareholders and potential shareholders informing that the Virgin Gold Convertible Preferred Shares (VGCPS) subscription price will be raised from USD 1.05 to USD 1.10 per share effective June 1st, 2011. The price increase is reflected by the overall value of Virgin Gold Mining Corporation and the overwhelming increase in the global price of gold.

Dear Shareholders, 

It give us great pleasure to announce that Virgin Gold will be launching the 2011 edition 20 gram VGMC gold ingot, which is to be given to any new or current shareholder who subscribes for a minimum of 20,000 CPS shares in a single transaction or accumulates a total of 40,000 CPS shares in multiple transactions between May 1st, 2011 and September 30th, 2011. This promotion is extended as of the date stated above to all shareholders from all countries excluding India. Indian shareholders will only be eligible for this promotion as of June 1st until October 30th, 2011.
